How do renewals and cancellation work?
Subscriptions renew each month or year, depending on your plan. To stop future renewals, cancel in Settings → Billing. Your subscription continues until the current billing period ends.
How long are my credits valid?
Plan credits usually expire at the end of the current billing period; credit packs last 365 days. Monthly credits are granted each billing period, while the full yearly allocation is granted upfront. If the payment provider does not supply a period end date, monthly credits last 30 days and yearly credits last 365 days. Check Settings → Credits for exact expiration dates. Credits expiring soonest are used first.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. Sign up and sign in, then choose Credit Packs on this page or buy credits in Settings → Credits. No subscription is required. Subscribers can also buy extra credits. Packs are valid for 365 days and are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or changes to your subscription.
How much does each video cost?
The credit cost depends on the video model, duration, and resolution. Check the cost shown in the composer before generating, and choose settings that fit your available balance.
What happens to credits when generation fails?
When a task is marked as failed or canceled, its deducted credits are returned. Check your balance before retrying. Contact support with the conversation details if the balance looks incorrect.
Where do I find my payments and invoices?
Go to Settings → Payments to view your order history. If your payment provider has supplied an invoice, you can open it from that payment's invoice link.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are reviewed individually under our refund policy; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
